The hotel had beautiful, spacious rooms with a very large marble bathroom. However, the location next to the breakfast room and street parking made it a bit uncomfortable for a good rest. The view from the room was not great, facing the back of other buildings and the access to the parking area.

The hotel offered spacious rooms with a hard vinyl screen, though some felt they were rather old. The service was top-notch with extremely professional and considerate staff. The location, while perfect for exploring Reims, was somewhat tricky to find down a back alley. The dining was outstanding and well presented, but some found it pricey. Overall, a great choice for those looking for a comfortable stay with great service.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although large and luxurious, were a bit tired and lacking proper ventilation. The service was top-notch, with extremely professional and considerate staff who went out of their way to assist us, even managing to secure a last-minute dinner booking. However, the location, while convenient for exploring Reims, felt a little outdated and was not ideal for a relaxing afternoon by the pool. Dining offered some tasty treats at a great value, but the breakfast options were limited. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
